Returns & Refunds

At Things Just For You, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except in the rare event of a manufacturer’s defect.

If your item arrives with a manufacturer issue, you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. Please email orders@thingsjustforyou.com with:

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, and if a defect is confirmed, we will promptly ship a replacement item.

To qualify for an approved exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not return items without contacting us first. Return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided via email.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable items

  • Items purchased from The Gentle Shop (gently used items)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items


Exchanges Only (No Refunds)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Exchanges are issued for the same item only.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email of approval or denial. If approved, your replacement will be shipped promptly.


Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

All products are offered at deeply reduced pricing, making them final sale items. Every product is carefully inspected before shipping, and gently used items are clearly noted for any imperfections. Our team performs multiple quality checks to ensure accuracy and value before fulfillment.

  • Questions before or after purchase? Email us, and we’ll respond within 24 hours


Return Shipping

If a return or exchange is approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
